Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to medical, surgical, and orthopedic patients.
Maintain patient ratios of 1:5-6, ensuring quality care delivery.
Assist with orientation and training within the MedSurg department.
Work collaboratively with the charge nurse and interdisciplinary teams.
Adhere to infection control standards, including fingernail policy compliance.
Participate in open book exams during orientation, achieving 90% or higher.

Qualifications

Valid RN license with 50-mile radius compliance requirement.
Driver's license required to verify location eligibility.
BSN strongly preferred; must have active BLS certification.
Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
Familiarity with acute care settings and MedSurg practices.
Ability to support additional floating needs to PCU or Burn units.
