Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 10-bed PCU setting.
• Manage patient assignments with a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Perform bedside cardioverter and moderate sedation procedures.
• Administer and manage BiPap and Airvo equipment for respiratory support.
• Float between similar units as required to meet facility needs.
• Document patient care in the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Experience with Epic charting preferred.
• Ability to handle a diverse patient population with varied medical needs.
• Strong skills in critical care nursing, including mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring.
