Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary - Occupational Therapy professional to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in Meditech.
• Participate in one Saturday coverage per month as needed.
• Comply with all facility and professional standards, including COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development and complete required training modules.

Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy state license at the time of application.
• Experience with Meditech charting system preferred.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required with medical/religious exemptions only.
• Flu Vaccine: Required with medical exemptions only.
• Willingness to complete non-billable training modules during orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
