Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy services to neonate through adult populations.
Administer diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as aerosol therapy and bronchoscopy.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust therapy according to patient response.
Interpret arterial blood gas data and implement changes as necessary.
Collaborate with medical and nursing staff regarding patient care plans.
Maintain thorough and timely charting using EPIC.

Qualifications

Current RRT certification with NICU experience required.
Valid state license in respiratory therapy.
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS.
Minimum 2 years of experience with neonate through adult patients.
Proficiency with EPIC charting system preferred.
Ability to respond to on-call situations as required by unit needs.
