Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of imaging studies including Cardiac, HIDA, Gastric Empty, and Thyroid Therapy.
- Utilize EPIC and Synapse/PACS for efficient workflow and documentation.
- Maintain and operate GE & Siemens imaging equipment effectively.
- Ensure all imaging procedures are in compliance with department policies.
- Initiate IVs and provide necessary patient care during imaging procedures.
- Prepare and complete documentation for review by radiologists.
Qualifications
- Current BLS Certification, American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
- ARRT or NMTCB certification required.
- Experience in a high-paced Nuclear Medicine Department is essential.
- Proficiency in using EPIC and Synapse/PACS systems.
- Ability to perform a variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
