Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
• Administer medications and manage IVs, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and respiratory services.
• Utilize Cerner for patient charting and documentation.
• Float to different units as needed within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Experience in a Critical Access Hospital preferred.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system required.
• Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
• Valid state nursing license at the time of submission preferred.
