Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrical care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases.
• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and leadership for safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff training and experience.
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel in patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications required.
• Proficiency in EMR systems such as MedHost and GE Centricity.
• Strong scientific judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to float as required and adapt to unit needs.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and uniform standards.
