Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and monitor patient status in the operating room.
• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general, and neuro surgeries.
• Ensure proper functioning and sanitation of surgical equipment and instruments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Meditech EMR.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle trauma cases efficiently.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proven experience with orthopedic, general, and neuro surgeries.
• Familiarity with robotic surgery procedures is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
