Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Administer medications, including titration of Heparin, lidocaine, and ketamine drips.
Monitor patient vitals and assess patient condition, maintaining awareness of telemetry.
Provide care for MedSurg/Tele patients, including those with joint replacements and fractures.
Participate in hourly rounding and responsiveness to ensure quality care delivery.
Engage in block and self-scheduling processes as permitted by the facility.
Adaptively manage administrative and clinical duties during busy shifts with frequent admissions and discharges.

Qualifications

Current RN license with ability to submit upon application.
BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
Experience in MedSurg/Tele settings handling joint replacements, strokes, and neurological deficits.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to support dynamic patient care environments.
Preferably possesses travel nursing experience.
BSN is preferred, but not required.
