Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Circulate and scrub roles as needed for ENT, General Surgery, Total joints, Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, Ortho, Plastics, Post-op, Pre-op, and Vascular cases
- Provide care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations, including standard community hospital surgical cases
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile surgical environment at all times
- Document surgical procedures and patient progress in the EPIC system
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on patient care
- Adhere to all facility and healthcare regulations and standards of care
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Washington
- Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required
- Experience with orthopedic and spine procedures is essential
- Active BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in using EPIC for clinical documentation
- Ability to take on-call hours as scheduled, approximately 48-56 hours per 6 weeks
