Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients with ventilator dependency and IV drips.
• Administer IV sedation and manage recoveries after hours as needed.
• Float to MS Telemetry and manage a patient ratio of up to 6:1 as required.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Indiana.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1-2 years of critical care experience.
• Critical care skills; must manage vent patients and IV sedation.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
• Current driver's license required.
