Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Surgical Services - OR Tech / Surgical Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Scrub and assist in all cardiovascular and open-heart procedures.
Support robotic-assisted surgeries with a preference for experience.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a sterile and organized operating room environment following aseptic techniques.
Prepare case carts and ensure all necessary equipment is available for procedures.
Participate in on-call schedule and weekend coverage as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical tech role, with cardiovascular experience required.
Current BLS certification and NBSTSA certification preferred.
Proficiency with Epic charting systems preferred.
Valid Washington state license as a surgical technologist.
Demonstrated experience in robotic surgeries is a plus.
Ability to manage 1:1 patient ratios in a Level II Trauma Center.
