Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients across all age groups, including peds, adults, and neonates.
• Administer and evaluate various respiratory treatments as per physician orders, including mechanical ventilation and airway management.
• Independently perform intubations for adult patients and manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation equipment.
• Conduct patient assessments, plan appropriate treatments, and establish treatment goals.
• Perform EKGs during specified hours and contribute to patient care in the NICU setting.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required; CRT accepted if licensed prior to July 1st, 2022.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Proven ability to independently intubate adult patients.
• Experience with level 2-3 NICU, pediatric, and adult care, including ventilator management.
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Commitment to excellent patient care and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
