Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver care to patients with medical, surgical, and orthopedic conditions.
Maintain compliance with artificial fingernail policy ensuring infection control.
Participate in unit-based orientation and open-book exam achieving 90% to pass.
Provide care alongside a charge nurse and nurse aides with a ratio of 1:5-6.
Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate patient documentation.
Follow the navy blue scrub dress code policy while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

Active RN license with the ability to pass a Pass/Fail exam during orientation.
BLS certification required.
Willingness to float to PCU or Burn units as needed.
Compliance with all radius rule conditions regarding CommonSpirit facilities.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend and holiday requirements as needed.
Driver's license required for submission verification.
