Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to both pediatric and adult patients on a mixed unit.
• Float to various units based on census needs, including adult MST and potentially birthing units.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and report changes in patient condition.
• Administer high flow oxygen and assist in stabilizing patients for transfer as needed.
• Participate in a holiday and weekend rotation schedule to ensure coverage.
• Follow the facility's dress code and attend all required orientations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with submission eligibility.
• Minimum of one year's experience working with pediatric patients.
• Experience reading telemetry strips and managing telemetry patients.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Proficiency in Cerner charting system or similar electronic medical records system.
• Willingness to float to various units and adapt to scheduling needs.
