Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage obstetric emergencies like placenta previa and ectopic pregnancy.
- Perform triage for obstetric patients over the phone using EPIC.
- Respond to patient inquiries via voice message and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex maternity cases.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare standards.
- Assist in labor and delivery procedures and post-operative care.
Qualifications
- Current WA/Compact RN license, application in process accepted.
- Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience preferred.
- EPIC charting system proficiency required.
- Certifications in BLS and NRP required.
- Ability to maintain central lines and handle insulin drips.
- Experience in sterile vaginal exams and using EFM preferred.
