Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to acute inpatient, swingbed, and outpatient areas.
• Treat an average of 10-12 patients per day with a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
• Deliver care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and patient-centered focus.
• Engage in one-on-one orientation and ongoing training as needed.
• Coordinate with rehab aides to ensure streamlined operations and patient care.
• Utilize Cerner for charting and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience outside of school, ideally with inpatient exposure.
• Competence in managing a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neuro conditions.
• Preferred experience with Cerner charting system.
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and prioritize patient care.
