Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging, Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform technically proficient 2D, M-mode, and Doppler cardiac exams.
Coordinate activities with interrelated hospital departments, including scheduling and transporting patients.
Assist cardiologist during exams by preparing and measuring M-modes.
Respond to patient needs during exams and report changes to the physician or nurse in charge.
Maintain quality control of equipment operation and coordinate repair services as needed.
Participate in performance improvement activities at departmental and hospital-wide levels.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a two-year allied health education program.
A.R.D.M.S./CCI registration or comparable national accreditation required.
State of New Mexico Echo Sonographer License.
BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association.
Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Experience in performing echocardiograms preferably for two years.
