Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data accurately for early detection of abnormal trends.
- Provide care for patients post TAVR, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, and watchmen procedures.
- Administer cardiac drips following unit protocols.
- Document patient data using the Allscripts system.
- Collaborate with charge nurse, PCT, and monitor tech for optimal care delivery.
- Participate in unit-based activities and uphold healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience in telemetry and post-cardiac procedure recovery required.
- Proficient in using telemetry and related monitoring equipment.
- Ability to manage patient care with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.
