Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients utilizing cardiac telemetry.
- Administer medications and manage IV drips per physician orders.
- Float to various units including Nebraska Medical Center and sister campus, Bellevue Medical Center.
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, care techs, transport teams, and paramedics.
- Ensure all care is documented in EPIC system accurately and timeously.
- Meet weekend and holiday staffing requirements, ensuring facility needs are met.
Qualifications
- Current RN license; pending license accepted with conditions.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) strongly preferred.
- Two years of experience in a large, urban hospital required.
- Experience with EPIC charting system required.
- Familiarity with managing drips such as Nitro, Heparin, and Insulin.
- Must be a non-smoker; facility is 100% nicotine-free.
