Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible to the manager/coordinator and/or designee.
- Assist with the direction, supervision, and evaluation of supportive staff.
- Interpret and carry out physician prescriptions adhering to practice guidelines.
- Maintain good public relations and protect confidential data.
- Ensure economic use of time, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform other diverse duties as requested ensuring patient and associate safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology.
- Must have Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Valid NM Speech Therapy/Pathology license required prior to employment.
- BLS (AHA only) certification required.
- American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) card required.
