Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Operate and calibrate cardiac catheterization equipment
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition during procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotations as required
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech
- Required certifications: ACLS/BLS, RCIS preferred
- Experience with IABP, Impella, Laser, Shockwave, Phillips panning
- Knowledge of Merge Hemo and EMR systems
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to take initiative and accountability
