Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Utilize patient lifting equipment such as Sara Stedy and Hoyer lift safely.
Document and maintain compliance with EPIC EMR and Medicare guidelines.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as necessary.
Engage in patient mobilization and rehabilitation activities.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
BLS certification is required.
Experience with inpatient hospital settings preferred.
Familiarity with rehabilitation patient care processes and equipment.
Proficiency in EPIC and UDS documentation systems.
Ability to work weekends as well as 7:00PM to 7:00AM shifts.
