Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a bustling 32-bed emergency room setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage triage and fast-track processes.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 in the main ER area and adjust according to patient acuity.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in the weekend and holiday rotation schedules for consistent staffing coverage.
• Administer and manage treatment plans for a variety of emergency cases, including pediatric and respiratory conditions.

Qualifications

• Active RN license eligible for submission and willing to wait for processing.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS required; PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system and strong documentation skills.
• Capability to interpret telemetry strips and provide care for ventilated patients.
• Experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume emergency setting and adapt to diverse patient needs.
