Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the PCU/IMC/Stepdown units.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and titrate drips including cardizem, amio, nitro, and others.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
• Document patient care using the Cerner charting system accurately and professionally.
• Facilitate a smooth patient transition by floating to various inpatient units as needed.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and management of cardiac drips.
• Ability to interpret telemetry readings and provide appropriate interventions.
• Comfortable with patient ratios of 1:4-6, depending on acuity.
• Willingness to wear navy blue scrubs as per facility dress code.
