Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and triage obstetric emergencies such as placenta previa and ectopic pregnancy.
- Respond to patient inquiries and triage over the phone using EPIC and voice messages.
- Perform clinical duties related to maternity and gynecological care.
- Use external fetal heart monitoring effectively for labor and delivery patients.
- Document patient care accurately in the healthcare system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Valid WA/Compact RN license or proof of application required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor & delivery or OBGYN settings.
- Certified in BLS and NRP.
- Proficient in using EPIC software for patient management.
- Ability to effectively triage and manage low-risk maternity cases.
- Willing to work 13-week assignments with guaranteed 40-hour workweek.
