Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide NICU respiratory therapy to neonates needing specialized care.
- Administer medications and monitor responses, ensuring patient safety.
- Perform arterial punctures and interpret arterial blood gases.
- Assist in high-risk deliveries and neonatal transports as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting using Epic systems.
Qualifications
- Valid RRT license in Washington state.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS.
- Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience preferred.
- Experience with Epic charting system required.
- Proficiency in administering advanced respiratory therapies.
- Ability to work every other weekend and float between sister facilities.
