Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial assessments, establishing priorities according to patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
• Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends that require intervention.
• Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care within established time frames.
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on patient outcomes, modifying plans of care as needed.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
• Utilize effective communication strategies to achieve intended outcomes and coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• BLS Certification from AHA required.
• ACLS Certification from AHA required.
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to patient population served.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, respecting patients' rights and delivering quality care.
