Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex interventional radiology procedures ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for procedures while adhering to safety and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians to execute various interventional techniques and deliver quality patient care.
• Utilize Siemens equipment for accurate and efficient imaging during procedures.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and provide timely responses in emergencies.
• Operate Cerner charting system for accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT R certification and Maryland State License required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in interventional radiology or related field.
• Prior experience with angioplasty, IVC filter placement/removal, and special procedures.
• Skills in managing ports, sterile techniques, and recognizing arrhythmias.
• Proficiency in Cerner charting and the use of fluoroscopy equipment.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
