Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to ICU patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and stroke.
• Administer and titrate critical drips like vasopressors and sedation medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients for transfer to higher care facilities.
• Float to lower levels of care including PCU and MedSurg as required.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using EPIC charting system.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies including restrictions on artificial nails in patient care areas.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state required at the time of application submission.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory; PALS and TNCC preferred.
• Minimum two years of ICU nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with drips, ventilation, and interpreting telemetry strips.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system and trauma-level 3 care settings.
• Willingness to adhere to facility-specific orientation and uniform codes.
