Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for patients with congenital heart defects in a pediatric setting.
• Perform duties in the Cardiac OR, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC electronic medical records.
• Take call 1-2 nights per week and 1-2 weekends per 6-week period, ensuring availability in emergency scenarios.
• Educate and update families on patient status and care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required at the time of submission.
• BLS and PALS certifications required; CNOR preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years recent OR experience preferred, with pediatric expertise.
• Experience with EPIC charting systems is preferred.
• Must pass a med pass/fail test as part of hiring compliance.
• BSN preferred; recent travel experience is beneficial.
