Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in cardiac catheterization procedures for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff in the evaluation and treatment of cardiovascular patients.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during procedures.
• Maintain and ensure sterility in the cath lab environment.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required, with an expectation of 7-8 shifts per month, including weekends.
• Float to different roles within the scope to meet facility needs as required.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification; ARRT or RCIS credentials required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab or similar environment.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Proven skills in scrub and circulate in a cath lab setting.
• Previous experience in a trauma level I or II facility preferred.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and procedures.
