Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with diverse medical conditions, including cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical cases.
Administer and titrate intravenous infusions such as dopamine, dobutamine, and heparin according to physician orders.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery and optimal outcomes.
Adapt to rotating assignments across various acuity levels and units, including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and Med-Surg Tele.
Participate in floating duties across different units within a 60-mile zone as per staffing needs.
Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation to maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

Current license as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU/IMC settings is required.
Proficiency in managing and titrating cardiac and insulin drips.
Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.
Available to work nights and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
