Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict asepsis and respond promptly in emergencies during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Prepare and manage specialty EP equipment to ensure accurate and reliable procedure outcomes.
• Perform control room duties with extensive knowledge of physiologic monitoring and EP-specific systems.
• Support digital archiving and supply distribution for efficient procedural workflow.
• Provide continuous care in the Catheterization Lab Holding area and assist in invasive lab functions.
• Apply cultural competence and effective communication in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, ARRT certifications required.
• RCIS and RCES certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in electrophysiology, with experience in arrhythmia induction, pacemaker insertion, and related procedures.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment preferred.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR systems.
• Experience with cardiac ablation, mapping, and conduction studies preferred.
