Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomies and complex spinal surgeries.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure a safe operating room environment and adherence to facility protocols.
Monitor patient conditions intraoperatively and adjust care plans as necessary.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide nursing support during scheduled weekends as required.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system.
Float to other surgical service areas as necessary while supporting overall OR operations.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in the state of Washington or Compact RN license at time of submission.
Minimum of 1 year of operating room nursing experience with a focus on neurosurgery preferred.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) preferred.
Proficient in using the Epic charting system.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Level II trauma center with diverse patient age groups.
On-call availability and willingness to float to other surgical units as needed.
