Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain competence in the use of hospital equipment, including Draeger and Trilogy ventilators.
• Participate in rapid response and code blue events as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Float between units to provide respiratory care as required by facility needs.

Qualifications

• Current RRT certification and Washington state licensure.
• 2 years of NICU or acute care respiratory therapy experience preferred.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS essential.
• Proficiency in interpreting arterial blood gases and managing ventilator settings.
• Proven ability to work with neonatal to geriatric patient populations.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is advantageous.
