Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Triage patients to determine priority of care, performing assessments and appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and EMS, in patient care and treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Document patient care efficiently and accurately within the electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Valid MI RN license required at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC required.
• Must have experience with trauma level IV care settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
