Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures within the Cath Lab.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and procedural outcomes.
- Maintain a sterile environment and practice infection control standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation and weekend shifts as needed.
- Float to Interventional Radiology and EP areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) or RCIS.
- Experience with EP, IR, and vascular procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to an evolving clinical environment and float between departments.
- Willingness to participate in on-call and weekend shifts.
