Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Prepare and position patients for treatment with precision and care.
• Operate and maintain radiation equipment safely and effectively.
• Conduct treatment planning procedures, including simulations and dosimetry calculations.
• Monitor patient's clinical progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified and licensed Radiation Therapist.
• Competence in using radiation therapy equipment and technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Willingness to work on-call and weekends as required.
