Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery care, including managing active labors and inductions.
• Conduct assessments and transitions for newborns post-delivery.
• Manage OB emergencies including shoulder dystocia and post-partum hemorrhage.
• Perform C-sections and assist with deliveries using vacuum or forceps.
• Utilize fetal monitoring techniques and handle intra-uterine procedures.
• Complete daily SAFETY rounding and document using the Meditech and CPN systems.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license with labor and delivery experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
• Fetal monitoring certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with C-sections, circumcisions, and induction procedures.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and transition care for mothers and newborns.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with rotating schedules.
