Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in the ICU with complex needs.
• Monitor and manage patient health conditions, including cardiac interventions.
• Administer medications and adjust mechanical ventilations as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently, utilizing advanced life support measures.
• Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
• Current OH or compact license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification mandatory.
• Experience with cardiac care, including post-cath intervention and balloon pump preferred.
• Willingness to float to multiple campuses as needed.
• Travel experience required, Epic experience preferred.
