Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in all areas of the hospital including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab.
• Administer therapeutic interventions for patients with multi-trauma, SCI, CVA, surgical, and orthopedic conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using Epic charting system.
• Float between units as needed and maintain flexibility in work assignments.
• Participate in the weekend rotation, providing coverage as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Current WA Occupational Therapy license in hand.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to manage an 8-9 patients per day ratio efficiently.
• Experience with functional splints, kinesiotaping, and edema massage is advantageous.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
