Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in a Labor & Delivery setting with a focus on high-risk pregnancies.
Monitor fetal development using current intermediate fetal monitoring techniques.
Perform as an O.R. circulator during cesarean sections and related procedures.
Collaborate with a team of RNs, scrub techs, and unit secretaries during shifts.
Adapt to patient ratios of 2:1 and 1:1 for high-risk or stable patients.
Utilize EMR systems such as CPN (Centricity) and Meditech efficiently.

Qualifications

Current RN in Labor & Delivery with extensive experience in high-risk pregnancies.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Preferred skills in bilingual communication and scrub tech capabilities.
C-EFM certification preferred but not mandatory.
