Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centric critical care in various ICUs, including MICU, SICU, TICU, and CVICU.
- Adapt to varying patient ratios, providing 1:1 to 1:3 care based on acuity.
- Float between multiple facilities within a 60-mile zone as required.
- Maintain competencies in troubleshooting and managing respiratory equipment and needs.
- Ensure compliance with charting protocols using EPIC.
- Participate in unit-specific orientations and be flexible with scheduling requirements.
Qualifications
- Current RN license; must be eligible for submission.
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience; 3+ years preferred for first-time travelers.
- Must have BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- Capability to float across multiple facilities and care settings.
- Comfort with titrating critical drips and advanced care for high acuity patients.
