Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN in the PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in PCU/IMC/Stepdown units.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage titratable drips including heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Assess and document patient conditions, responding to changes appropriately.
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing professional development.
Comply with hospital and unit policies, including float pool assignments across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

Current RN license with eligibility for submission
Minimum of 1 year experience in a PCU setting
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam prior to contract signing
Experience with titrating various drips including Heparin and Dopamine
Strong skills in managing complex patient conditions in acute care settings
