Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified MRI Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MSK, Neuro, and Body scans for both inpatients and outpatients using Philips and Siemens MRI equipment.
• Initiate IVs and perform Creatinine draws as required for imaging studies.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Meditech and Synapse systems.
• Participate in rotational call schedule, including weekend and holiday coverage.
• Float between College Station and Bryan campuses as needed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
• Precept and mentor other team members when requested by the unit.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA) and ARRT certification in MRI required.
• Medical Radiologic Technologist license from the Texas Medical Board (TMB) required.
• Proficiency in using Philips and Siemens equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience with 1.5T MRI devices and scanning procedures.
• Ability to handle approximately 10 scans per day efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within an acute care setting.
