Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by a radiation oncologist.
• Ensure accurate delivery of treatment by verifying calculation parameters.
• Observe patients for treatment reactions and overall condition during procedures.
• Utilize GE and Philips equipment for patient imaging and therapy applications.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment sessions in Meditech EMR.
• Participate in departmental staff meetings and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT(NM) or NMTCB certified and in good standing.
• Valid Texas Medical Board (TMB) licensure required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with nuclear medicine technology preferred.
• Ability to work within a team and independently under minimal supervision.
