Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coronary procedures, including working with balloon pumps and Impella devices.
• Ensure completion of all MyJourney modules prior to arrival, with no exceptions.
• Perform duties in a Cath Lab & IR setting with a 4-room capacity, handling 15-20 cases per day.
• Operate equipment and utilize EMR systems like Siemens/Phillips and Merge Hemo system.
• Provide on-call support with a 30-minute response time, participating in one-week night and one weekend every other week rotation.
• Complete a 1-2 day floor-specific orientation and adapt to care procedures in a STEMI receiving center.

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT certification with Fluoroscopy endorsement.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Experience with coronary and peripheral procedures.
• Comfort with critically ill patients, especially in STEMI cases.
• Knowledge of Merge Hemo system is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a high-stress environment and respond effectively to emergencies.
