Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the NICU setting for neonates with complex needs.
- Manage ventilator support and administer life-sustaining medications.
- Float between departments within AMBH and SR NICU as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement neonatal care plans.
- Ensure compliance with care standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support holiday and weekend staffing rotations as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent NICU experience, Level III or IV preferred.
- Proven track record from larger Level III facilities if applicable.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications, NRP preferred.
- Proficient with EPIC EMR and recent travel nursing experience required.
- Valid nursing license in hand at the time of submission.
- BSN preferred but not mandatory.
