Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric respiratory care, including aerosol and CPAP therapy.
- Assume responsibility for the management of airway equipment and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize respiratory treatments.
- Utilize EPIC for accurate charting and documentation.
- Support patients and families through education and therapeutic treatments.
- Ensure adherence to facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current RRT certification with state license (license can be pending but active to start).
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience.
- BLS and PALS certifications required.
- Ability to work every other weekend and float within scope.
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
- Experience with respiratory therapy skills specific to pediatrics.
